Vanity squash is a Delica variety considered the most chestnut-like of all. It remains very dry and compact when cooked. It can be stored for a long time.
The packaging is a mix between Vanity and Delica. It has a total weight of about 9.5 kg, including the weight of the cardboard box of about 500g.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat sources. It is advisable to remove the pumpkins from their packaging, so as to allow air to circulate.
